Our Fully Managed service is the complete service for anyone who wishes to rent out their property and have little or no contact with the tenants.
Once we have found you a tenant we take care of collecting the rent and all the day to day issues. We will organise any repairs and negotiate the renewal of tenancy together with appropriate rent increases.
When the tenant decides to leave we will check them out of the property and take care of the re-letting as agreed. We are able to swiftly organise any repairs and refurbishment using reliable local tradesmen without any fuss – meaning any void periods are kept to the minimum.
Our Tenant Find service is a fully comprehensive service for anyone that requires our expertise in finding a suitable tenant but wishes to manage the property themselves.
We will carry out all the tasks associated with our Fully Managed service up to the day that the tenant moves into your property.
Once the tenant has moved in you will then be responsible for the rent collection and dealing with all day to day issues and repairs.
As part of our service we also happily take care of the renewal of tenancy – with no additional cost to yourself.
